ELDERLY
& SHUT-IN CARE - Senior adult ministry is a
relatively new idea. Congregations are experiencing the
demographic shift that is sometimes called a "graying of
the flock". The Donelson Church of Christ is
continually searching for ways to initiate or refocus our
senior adult ministry efforts. We want to visit, care for,
minister to, and be mightily and powerfully in prayer for our
elderly members and our shut-ins.
Contact:
HEARTLAND -
Our congregation is committed to the care of the elderly at the
Heartland Lakeshore retirement center and nursing home.

HOME CHURCH
- Our Home Churches meet each Sunday evening in the homes of
members. Once each month we meet together as a combined
Home Church. Home Church is a place where members can grow
spiritually and invite their friends to study with them.

OTHER
MINISTRIES - There is so much being done, especially by
individuals, that we cannot begin to list them in such a limited
space as this. We appreciate all who do the work of the
kingdom, including those who quietly and faithfully go about
their task without recognition. Whatever you like to do
here, let us know and we will put you in touch with the right
people. And if you have an idea for a new ministry,
talk with an elder. We would like nothing better than to
support you in your effort.
